2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete projects. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed according to the agreed-upon scope. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may incur a fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, workflows, and content created by L&M Consulting remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party tools or licensed assets.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds are issued based on work completed to date. We reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit for time and resources already invested.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Rockwall County, Texas.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
